‘Is terrorism taking over us’
: : : : : : : : : :

We carry on our lives as normal. One dilemma after the other we find ways to move on and learn from life experiences. We all work to create a living and provide what is right for ourselves. But is that enough? We carry on as normally going to work facing other people, looking at them while we make our journey. That moment it never makes you dream that it will be :
- your last journey
- your last time to work
- your last time to school
- the last time you will see your family.

We never dream the idea of a terrorist attack about to arise in our faces. Is it safe to walk out of your house now?

Four explosions ripped across central London on Thursday 7th July, killing more than 50 people and injuring 700. The exact number is still not known as many people still sit in hospital in critical condition.

The co-ordinated attack hit three Underground trains and a bus, as the morning's rush hour which effected all of London transport and the people of London.

The first explosion happened on an Underground train just outside the busy Liverpool Street station. Further blasts hit a train heading from King's Cross station to Russell Square and another at Edgware Road station.
The final explosion was on a double-decker bus, ripping off the top part of the bus completely.

Life is all linked. It connects us all to each other. When horrific incidents happen in the world, no religion, no caste not faith is looked upon. The only thing that stands by is humanity. The September 11th Which shocked the entire world yet still when people remember this today a tear falls on the cheek realising how lucky we really are to be alive.

Terrorism is everywhere. We can not control it or avoid it. Yet does it make us stronger and better people? Who are we to blame? A particular group who fight for freedom to kill or a religion?

A 2 minutes silence is normally asked to those to remember those innocent people who lost there life’s. Yet people will still talk and act like nothing has happened. You will have people laughing and joking while there are innocent lives at risk of death. To some it seems like a big joke. You will have people travelling to countries who have just hit a major natural disaster losing homes, losing life’s yet people still wish to go there on holiday. Is there no heart left in those people? The tsunami hit in December, killing at least 200,000 people in 13 countries. Does information like that even effect us in any way? Knowing that life begins and ends but we don’t have a clue when.

‘Terrorism? What is it? Its people trying to take matters in there own hands, but its not even matter of that its people who are sick minded... who are they aiming at who are they trying to hurt? The British government in this case I think not.! its poor innocent people who been at the wrong time at the wrong place, it was a deliberate malicious attack aimed to halt Britain at business time i.e. 8.30 am when people are going to work! where they expecting another SEP 11th Jus glad it didn’t get as bad as that, the thoughts are with those who have died may they rest in peace and those who injured themselves... may they get better... Why carry out attacks aren’t these people got lives... don’t they care ain’t they got families... if they find these people god knows if they do they should be hang! they have no respect for those who die who are innocent they have no respect for humanity! IDOTS!’

‘Its a extremely shocking, emotional and frustrating time. The way innocent people are purposely targeted in a attempt to cause death and destruction to 'put a point across' is just barbaric! Whoever is behind this is clinically insane and lacks remorse and compassion, they need some serious brutal treatment. I feel physically sick at the thought of them being out there somewhere breathing, and very much alive when innocent people have lost their lives, and undoubtedly families have been shattered with the loss of parents, children, friends and relatives. This is only the start of a pointless and tragic war, which I am certain does not end here. Strength, determination and mutual respect is needed if we are to battle this terrorism and succeed.

R.I.P - All the people killed from result of this tragedy - my prayers are with both the victims as well as their family and friends.’

‘RIP to all those who lost their lives in today's events in London. people who think they have the right to take away another's life like this don't deserve to live themselves. Its really sad when people can't use their words, but their actions to solve problems. What the hell were the culprits thinking??? Did not enough people die already in the boxing day tsunami and 9/11, Iraq, Afghanistan??? There is absolutely no appreciation for life these days.

My prayers and thoughts are with the people of London and their families and friends.’

‘first of all, R.I.P to every1 who has lost their lives as a result of terrorism or natural disasters, an my heart goes out to all the families who have lost loved ones... acts of terrorism make me sick, the people who get caught up and hurt are all innocent, I believe everything happens for a reason but I can’t think of any reason to justify these horrific events, I don’t agree with people who are quick to point the finger at any organisation, especially with the attacks on London, and I believe that we should not assume that because of the actions of an organisation, like the attacks on September the 11th, that all Muslims are to blame, I am Sikh but that doesn’t mean that I blame all Muslims, I think we should all be treated as equals, an only fight against those attacking us instead of attacking each other on the basis of religion. I can’t answer WHY people attack others, like suicide bombers, I don’t no what they achieve from it but I believe that if we all come together and see past our differences then we can an will beat those against us.’

‘Deepest regrets and sympathies to those who have loved and lost they are in a better place now and God will keep them safe
but as a country we should show no weakness to those who want to go against us... and don’t use this as a opportunity to commit violence on those who have been accused we will get justice upon those.’

‘RIP to those who passed away yesterday, its a big shocked for everyone esp the people who have been through this horrific disaster. People still haven’t forgotten the tsunami which took place on boxing day most people are still coming to terms with this, also 9/11 which is still old but still fresh in peoples minds, a lot of life’s have been lost with the many disaster’s which has happened, people don’t stop to think once about life, which show's how sick people are these days. Innocent people have lost their life’s before and now innocent people have lost their life’s again.

RIP WHO LOST THEIR DEAR ONES AND MAY THEIR SOUL REST IN PEACE.’

‘I can't understand why someone would wish to cause so much hurt and pain to the people around them, friends, family and people that they don't even know. R.I.P to all those lost in terrorist attacks, or natural disasters like the boxing day Tsunami.

I couldn't even begin to imagine what it must feel like for the friends and family of those who were going about their normal everyday business and got caught up in such an uncalled for event, and I can only send out my thoughts an prayers to those who have passed onto hopefully a much better place.’
