Clean Your Room!
Getting organized and deciding
what to clean first can be a daunting decision
for some. Stop pushing it down your to do
list, and once and for all just take care
of all your clutter. I`ll warn you, you might
think it’s a little job but once you get starting
you’ll keep finding more to clean!

Where do you start? The
best place to start is the closet since it
tends to house most of the junk. If you think
your closet lacks organization then maybe
try installing some shelves or even investing
in some clothes boxes for seasonal items.
Sometimes you just don’t have the heart to
throw things out and keep telling yourself
that you might just wear it. Well let’s just
see if that one day comes, once you’ve organized
your closet turn your hangers the wrong way.
Give yourself a year and if that hanger is
still the wrong way, it means you haven’t
worn it in a year and can safely chuck it
out!

Are those cuddly bears on your shelf really
memorabilia or just junk? After sitting on
your shelf for several years, collecting dust
maybe it’s time you considered throwing some
of them out. For all your memorabilia bits
and bobs (love notes, concert tickets, birthday
cards etc.) try keeping them in a shoe box
then you won’t have too many and really will
you need more than that? Sometimes you just
have to let go of those silly things, and
move on!

What’s under your bed? Do I even want to
know actually? Shoving things under your bed
is probably the worst habit to have, and I’m
definitely guilty of it. The worst part about
it is that it’s so easily done. Instead of
shoving all your junk under your bed, either
one get rid of it or two at least organize
it. You can without doubt find boxes that
slide neatly under your bed to organize all
your mess.
After doing your thorough cleanout you should
be left with piles of old clothes, books,
and maybe even furniture that might have some
value to someone else. So instead of throwing
it in the trash put it in your local Oxfam
clothing and shoe bank to help those who are
less fortunate than you. And remember to keep
your room clean!
