Born into a musical family on June 25th 1984, June
25th began his musical career at an early age playing
traditional musical instruments. With time, he started
to develop musically as well as creatively. This growth
came from not only countless hours analysing music,
but also being around some very influential people within
the Music scene. His biggest influence was his father,
who was also heavily involved within the Asian music
scene.
Playing tabla at various
musical festivals and events, “June” developed a passion
for music and wanted to start making music of his own.
Ironically, he started to create musical pieces using
only a Sony Playstation. Collaborating closely with
a group called MIC, the rappers started to lay vocals
over these beats. It was then that he realised – he
was made for music. And with his team realising this
young kid’s immense talent, they began to encourage
him to work harder.
With these driving forces
behind him, he decided to purchase musical equipment,
equipment which brought his knowledge and skills to
a higher level, and also taking his music to another
level.
More rappers began
to record over the June 25th-produced beats. These tracks
gained high recognition in the streets and online as
well. However, despite the quality of the vocals, the
question was constantly asked: Who produced that beat?
And it was then that the producer decided to make his
mark in a big way.
He produced an album
for United Kingdom hiphop group who goes by the name
M.I.C featuring some of the most creative, innovative
beats around at the time. He is currently working with
many American, Canadian and UK Artists for his own solo
production album, titled 'The Beginning.” With some
of the biggest up-and-coming artists around the world
featured on this upcoming release, June looks to have
a very promising future.
